Yes for the major OEMs (Toyota, Linde, Hyster, Crown, Jungheinrich and others). The pack ships in a steel tray CAD-matched to the OEM compartment, with ballast engineered in to preserve the truck's stability triangle.
Almost always yes. LFP packs are significantly lighter than lead-acid; we calculate and add steel ballast to keep the truck's rated capacity and stability the same as the OEM specification.
Every shipment includes UN38.3, MSDS, Sea-shipping Appraisal and CE / IEC 62619 documentation. We handle DG declarations directly with the forwarder.
From specification to delivery: 4-6 weeks. On-site installation per truck is 1-2 hours once the kit arrives, supported remotely by a Wattrae engineer for the first conversion on each model.
Standard 5-year warranty on cells and BMS, with extended options for 24/7 motive-power operations. We retain pack-level telemetry for fleets that opt in.
