Products & Specs
Standard packs ship in 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V and 80V. Custom voltages are available for OEM projects.
Yes. Our custom steel battery boxes are CAD-matched to OEM compartments for the brands listed in our compatibility table. Other models are handled by quote.
Active cell balancing, voltage / current / temperature protection, SOC / SOH calculation and CAN or RS485 diagnostics. Cell-level telemetry is available on industrial and aviation BMS variants.
LFP packs are lighter than equivalent lead-acid. We engineer ballast into the battery box so the truck's rated capacity and stability triangle are preserved.
Conversion Process
Spec to delivery is usually 4–6 weeks. On-site installation per truck takes 1–2 hours once the kit arrives.
No. Each kit ships with an installation manual and video walkthrough. The first conversion on a new model is supported remotely by a Wattrae engineer.
Yes. Every kit ships with a charger profile-tuned for the pack — on-board for pallet trucks and golf carts, off-board for forklifts and AWPs.
Shipping & Certifications
Yes. UN38.3, MSDS and sea-shipping appraisal documentation are issued for every shipment.
FOB and CIF are standard. EXW and DDP are available by quote depending on destination.
Stock voltages (24V / 36V / 48V) usually ship within 3–4 weeks. Custom voltages add 1–2 weeks.
Warranty & Support
5 years on cells, BMS and electronics. Warranty is honored through a worldwide RMA process.
Yes — connectors, harnesses, BMS modules and chargers are all stocked as field-replaceable spares.
Yes. We provide installation videos, technical drawings and live remote training for distributors and large fleet operators.
