The challenge
Each cart ran six 8V flooded batteries that needed monthly watering and were corroding chassis. Range dropped sharply after 50% state of charge, cutting usable daily runtime.
Our solution
Wattrae supplied a single sealed 48V / 160Ah LFP pack per cart, plus matched on-board chargers. Drop-in installation took 25 minutes per cart and used the existing battery trays.
